The 4-H community welcomes young people of all beliefs and backgrounds. It empowers them to create positive change in their communities.

4-H kids complete hands-on projects in areas like health, science, agriculture and civic engagement in a positive environment. Together with guidance from adult mentors, they are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles.

Its’ reach and depth is unmatched. In fact, it reaches kids in all corners of America. This is diversity at its’ best. In addition, the National 4-H Congress is held every year at Thanksgiving. Monte Carlo Productions is the set designer for this event. That’s where our our banner props and flags shine.

Typically lined up together, they represent the diversity of the organization. In addition, we use actual flag props throughout the event. Whether its a giant illuminated American Flag. Or a French flag backdrop. Flag props from at least thirty countries.
