Garden Props
The outdoors has a natural appeal. The sky, earth, water, and other outdoor elements make us feel refreshed, calm, and one with the earth. But how do we get these into our event space? The obvious way is make a garden your theme and decorate with garden props. Here are a few other ways to bring natural garden decor to your event.
GARDEN PROPS AND COLORS
Use colors that are inspired by the outdoors. Green to remind them of the earth, grass and plants. Blues to refresh like water and the sky. Yellows evoke a sense of freshness. The sun and fresh flowers. Neutral tones such as whites, tans and beige’s make your event space feel natural, and clean.
SCULPTURES AS GARDEN PROPS
Another great way to add some personality as well as creating a focal point, is to introduce art. Such garden props don’t have to be monumental. For a large event space, bigger pieces can be placed in the center of the room as the nucleus. In addition, you can place them among foliage to bring life to the room. For smaller spaces, small sculptures nestled among blooms can surprise and delight guests. Similarly they can be used to draw attention to other interesting features if placed within a faux archway, for example. Or a gate.
We also carry a variety of working garden fountains. Sculpture also introduces another element to your garden theme in the form of a water feature. Fountains with water bring action. Lighting within the fountain, or on it will also enhance the experience.
WROUGHT IRON GARDEN DECOR
There is nothing more inviting than a French garden archway with wrought iron embellishment. As garden props, garden arbors are best used as part of a unique garden entrance to welcome visitors into your event.
Make a statement with a wrought iron garden arbor and bench combination at your event entrance. And bring visual appeal at the same time. Likewise, place a garden arbor inside the venue to bring life and create interest. It is often the unexpected piece that people enjoy most.
