How Casino Night Works
MCP provides the casino tables, casino dealers, cards (and other game incidentals), clay casino chips, standard fun money, and raffle tickets & drum.

- MCP Operations arrives to set gaming tables and decor.
- Guests arrive and receive fun money.
- The casino gaming period opens for play – typically 3 hours.
- Guests exchange their fun money for casino chips at the gaming tables and gamble away!
- Towards the end of the casino gaming period (typically with about 15 minutes left), guests cash out their casino chips and fun money for raffle tickets. If your event is free play, gaming may continue right up to the end of the casino gaming time, at which point guests will turn in their chips at their tables.
- Casino gaming period ends. Extensions for casino parties may be available onsite for an additional charge.
- Raffle giveaways take place.
- MCP Operations breaks down the casino tables and decor.
Set-up takes place before the event gaming period. The time frame depends on the size of the party, amount of tables, and decor components.
Breakdown takes place immediately after the gaming period. Delayed breakdowns may incur additional charges.
Standard casino parties operate gaming tables for 3 hours. Longer casino parties are available upon request for additional charge.
At all of our Casino parties, dealers arrive in bow tie, tuxedo shirt, and black slacks. Our dealers are handpicked in Atlanta for their customer service and entertainment skills.
Guests play with FAKE FUN MONEY – they do NOT play with real money. Standard MCP fun money comes included with the casino package. Custom fun money is available for a nominal fee.
Customize your fun money! Allow the MCP graphics team to create custom play money for your event – put your logo, theme, or fundraising mission on every bill.
These 14 gram Monte Carlo clay poker chips will bring the look and feel of a casino room to any private party. A unique and attractive edge design surrounds an inlay that displays the denomination of each chip, the words “Monte Carlo Poker Club”, and a dazzling laser graphic strip that makes these chips sparkle and shine!
Free Play: Open play at any casino table. Dealers provide chips when guests approach the table, and guests leave chips at the tables upon ending play.
Highest Winner: Guests play throughout the event and at the end of the casino time, each table counts up their highest money winners. The 1st overall money winner wins, along with smaller prizes for 2nd and 3rd top money winners (optional).
Standard Raffle: Guests exchange their casino chips and/or fun money at the end of the gaming period for raffle tickets. All guests put their raffle tickets in the raffle drum to pull for prizes.
Gold Fish Raffle: Guests exchange their casino chips and/or fun money at the end of the gaming period for raffle tickets. Then guests place their raffle tickets in various bowls depending on which prize(s) they would like the chance to win.
