"light the station"
For the 2021 “Light The Station” parade, the Atlanta community helped light Atlantic Stations’ 50-foot tree on Atlantic Green for the first time of the season! This event featured holiday llamas in the Green, an ice skating performance, Lotus Performing Arts school dancers, The Marching Abominables marching band, the Atlanta Drum Academy and of course the official first tree lighting of the season. Santa and his elves were the first to light the tree using our giant light switch! Our colorful floats helped wow the crowd too especially the giant champagne glass. And if you didn’t feel like fighting the crowds you could just gather your family with a cup of cocoa and enjoy Light the Station from the comfort of home.
